Refund Policy

On the C2C Amazon Framework Mastermind, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and success of our students. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Initial Activation Fee:
The initial payment of $97 and $497 Ontime offer payment, termed the activation fee, is non-refundable. This fee covers administrative and onboarding costs associated with providing immediate access to our framework upon enrollment.

2. Subsequent Payments:
Refunds on subsequent payments (excluding the $97 and $497 one time payment activation fee) may be considered if a student meets the following criteria:

The student has completed the entirety of the program content.
The student provides evidence of actively applying the teachings as instructed in the program.
Despite sincere efforts, the student is unable to achieve the desired results.

3. Refund Request Timeline:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the student joining the mastermind.

4. Application Process:
To initiate a refund request, the student must reach out to our support team and provide clear documentation demonstrating the completion of program content and efforts to implement the teachings.

5. Evaluation and Consideration:
Each refund request will be carefully evaluated by our team to ensure it aligns with the stated criteria.

Cancellation of access should be requested 48 hours before the next charge due date else cancellation will not be processed due to short notice.

The subsequent payments after your initial 14 days access fee of $97 comes up exactly on the 14th day of your access, hence any request for cancellation is expected to come up 48 hours from your next due date.


6. 1 on 1 Coaching Fee Refund
The exclusive 1 on 1 coaching is a voluntary, non-coercive upper level program. Fee for this program is due upon prospect's acceptance of the training conditions and is non-refundable. 

7. Exclusions:
Refunds will not be granted for reasons other than those explicitly stated in this policy.

8. Communication:
Open communication between the student and our support team is encouraged to address concerns and find potential solutions before seeking a refund.

9. Legal Implications:
Students are advised that unwarranted public statements may impede the refund process and at which point we will have no alternatives than to refer such matters to our legal team. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and professionally.

By enrolling in our mastermind, students agree to abide by these refund policies. We are dedicated to supporting our students on their journey to success and encourage proactive engagement for optimal results.
